registration procedures
H. E. Beriault Catholic Junior
High School is the feeder school for Oscar
Romero High School, so students attending H.E.B.
in grade 9 will be automatically accepted into
Oscar Romero for their high school years.
Procedures for registration at
H. E. Beriault School
GRADE 7 STUDENTS FROM H. E. BERIAULT SCHOOL'S
FEEDER SCHOOLS:
(Good Shepherd, Our Lady of the
Prairies, Our Lady of Victories, St. Justin, &
St. Martha)
-
Registration forms have been
sent home by grade 6 teachers.
-
We encourage you to
pre-register before April 10th,
as the number of students registered at this
point will determine our staffing for the
next school year.
-
Please do not register at
more than one Junior High. If you are
not sure where you want to register, wait
until you have made your choice before
submitting a registration form.

To register, simply fill in
all the information on the registration
form, attach a copy of your child’s birth
certificate, and submit both to the
secretary of your home school. Also
indicate whether or not your child will be
taking the Yellow School bus or ETS. Your
secretary will forward all forms to H. E.
Beriault Catholic Junior High.

Once your registration has
been processed, you will receive a
confirmation letter letting you know all the
important dates you need to be aware of.
This confirmation letter should arrive
sometime in May.
GRADE 7 CATHOLIC STUDENTS NOT FROM H.E.
BERIAULT SCHOOL'S FEEDER SCHOOLS:
GRADE 7 STUDENTS FROM OUTSIDE SCHOOL

An appointment will be set up by
School Administration to discuss the
registration application.
GRADE 8 & 9 STUDENTS:
If you have recently moved into
our area, you must submit a
registration form and a copy of your child’s latest report card,
baptismal certificate and birth certificate to
the school office.
If you have not moved but are
considering a transfer to H. E. Beriault School,
you must make an appointment with the Principal
of the Junior High School your child is
currently attending to discuss the possibility
of registering your child at H. E. Beriault.
The home school principal will
contact H. E. Beriault Administration to let
them know the student has shown an interest in
attending H. E. Beriault.
A contact will be made to you by
H. E. Beriault Administration to discuss
registration.
